Call Outs

Eliminate will aim to be on your site within 4 hours of your call unless otherwise specified. Due to the reactive nature of our work, a booking will be made with a time window for your visit in order to allow for scheduling and any delays. Eliminate Technician will call with an estimated time of arrival unless otherwise specified.

Your contact details will be provided to our Technician in order to attend your property. Please see our Privacy Policy regarding use of customer information.

Technician will survey site prior to work being carried out and provide written report of any treatment carried out.

Contract/Routine Visits

An annual Pest Control Contract means regular visits throughout the year. A standard contract is 8 visits per annum though alternative structures are available to suit site’s needs.

Commercial sites are provided with a Pest Control folder containing Eliminate Licences, Insurances, training records and products lists unless otherwise specified. Visit reports are added to this file on each visit.

Eliminate will follow procedures as detailed in your site folder and RAMS.

Reports will detail findings, any work carried out and feedback/recommendations to prevent future pest problems.

Our 5 year guarantee does not apply if the work has been tampered with in any way either by the customer or a third party.

Materials must be used in accordance with manufacturers guidelines. Manufactures guidelines and guarantee of products used apply in all cases. Warranty against failure due to UV degradation or manufacturing defects, from the date of work completion.

Net Inspection Programme

Eliminate offer annual Net Inspection Programs on work carried out by Eliminate or another provider. This involves quarterly net inspections and the replacement of fixings and minor repairs. Any damage which requires replacement of net will be quoted for following inspection.

Minor repairs mean tensioning of wire and replacement of fixings. If net has been tampered with by customer or a third party, repair work may require a quote to carry out works.

In the event of severe weather conditions, Eliminate may request access for an additional net inspection.

If work has been arranged for your property which may require removal of Eliminate proofing, we request that customers contact us in advance of this work in order to assess the situation and make any necessary arrangements should the work carried out by Eliminate be compromised due to this activity.
